Case Details

In comparison of the pre and post op appearance, the nasal tip which was ptotic, or drooping, was rotated upward while not feminizing the nose. The nasal bone deformity was improved while maintaining masculinity.Through the use of a supporting strut, the nasal tip was elevated and additional surgical steps were performed to improve the nasal appearance. Straightening the nasal septum also improved nasal functional airflow.
