This case was complex in that there was nasal trauma. When trauma leads to nasal bone deformity with an added desire for improved aesthetic appearance, both form and function need to be addressed. Resetting the nasal bones to repair the fracture, straightening the septum and decreasing projection demonstrate an excellent example of a functional rhinoplasty.
