Heavy upper eyelids can give the eyes a heavy, tired appearance. This case demonstrates how an isolated upper eyelid procedure can improve upon the orbit’s appearance. By removing hooding caused by redundant skin and eliminating fullness caused by herniating fat pads the upper lids are rejuvenated. The inconspicuously placed incisions leave a well rested appearance without any evidence of surgical intervention
