The removal of festoons mark one of the most challenging orbital rejuvenating procedures. It demands a need for resuspension of the midface while not causing tension on the lower eyelid which can lead to functional compromise. Additional attention must be paid to carefully placing the incision so it is not visible. In conjunction with the surgical festoon removal, upper eyelid blepharoplasty was also performed completing this orbital rejuvenation.
