Through a curvilinear incision placed around the belly button, a successful trans-umbilical approach places 600 cc saline implants underneath the chest muscles improving the breast’s overall appearance. By over filling the saline implants, increased supra-areolar fullness is achieved, while varying the volumes improve upon overall symmetry.

These post procedure photos were taken at 5 weeks post operatively. The implants will continue to settle over the next 6 to 8 weeks to make for a great result.
