Pregnancy and breast feeding in combination with weight loss can lead to a sagging, deflated appearance. In efforts to restore the breasts to pre-pregnancy appearance, bilateral mastopexies and silicone implants were utilized. The procedure successfully lifted the breasts, restoring cleavage, projection and fullness.
