Through one inch incisions, strategically placed in the infra-mammary folds, a sub-pectoral (under the muscle) breast augmentation was performed. 450 cc smooth round high profile XTRA breast implants were used. These implants are manufactured with state of the art, viscous (thicker) silicone polymers enhancing fullness and contour, lending to a gravity defying result. The breast augmentation’s results, the upper lateral chest region, known as Tail of Spence, was liposculpted to eliminate problematic fat build up.
