Mastopexy with Augmentation Pregnancy and breast feeding in combination with weight loss can lead to a sagging, deflated appearance. In efforts to restore the breasts to pre-pregnancy appearance, bilateral mastopexies and silicone implants were utilized. The procedure successfully lifted the breasts, restoring cleavage, projection and fullness.

Breasts can begin to sag after breast feeding or with weight loss, leaving a deflated appearance. A lollipop lift is a great method to lift the breast, restore volume, and reduce the size of the areolas. The incisions when fully healed hide quite well within the borders of the areola.

Through one inch incisions, strategically placed in the armpit, an endoscopic trans-axillary approach was taken to place 500 cc silicone implants underneath the chest muscles. Attention was placed to increase supra-areola fullness, projection and cleavage.

Through a curvilinear incision placed around the belly button, a successful trans-umbilical approach places 600 cc saline implants underneath the chest muscles improving the breast’s overall appearance. By over filling the saline implants, increased supra-areolar fullness is achieved, while varying the volumes improve upon overall symmetry.

These post procedure photos were taken at 5 weeks post operatively. The implants will continue to settle over the next 6 to 8 weeks to make for a great result.
