Nadine Mirzayan, MD
Dr. Mirzayan is the lovely and talented Anesthesiologist that will be right there by your side to answer any questions and make sure you are safe and comfortable throughout your procedure. She is truly honored and proud to be a part of this practice with such wonderful people by her side. To start, Dr. Mirzayan is a board certified and fellowship trained Anesthesiologist, Chief Medical Officer of the practice, and Chief of Anesthesiology at the surgery center. She is originally from Southern California and earned a Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology degree at UCLA. She then went on to receive a Master’s in Public Health from Loma Linda University, MD from Saint George’s University, and did Anesthesiology and fellowship training through New York Medical College and Mount Sinai Medical Center. She has done extensive research on T cell and immune health and epidemiology.
She was a contributing author on ‘Gray’s Anatomy Review’ book, and has extensive training in various aspects of Obstetric Anesthesiology. In addition to this, she also does platelet rich plasma (PRP) injections for growth, healing, and regeneration of cells and tissue throughout the body, with a particular emphasis on hair growth.
Dr. Mirzayan’s most important role comes as being the wife of the owner, Dr. Bryan Friedman, helping him with daily affairs and running the practice. Together they have two kind and loveable children who are the joys of their life. They enjoy going with them to the park, aquarium, zoo, and spending time together in their home.
Alejandra Villalobos
Medical Assistant, Patient Care Coordinator, and Plastic Surgery Scheduler
Alejandra is a wonderful individual who helps with both the ENT and plastic/cosmetic surgeries. She wears many hats including being a certified Medical Assistant with a degree from Carrington College. She excels in the professional environment and brightens up the office with her fun spirit. As patient care coordinator, Alejandra makes sure all patients are being taken care of and feel as comfortable as possible. In addition to all this, she is also the point of contact for plastic and cosmetic surgery scheduling and will assist throughout your whole experience. She speaks both Spanish and English and can assist our Spanish speaking patients with their needs.
Alejandra was raised in Sedona, Arizona and moved to Phoenix, Arizona to continue her education in health care. She likes to spend time with her family and friends on the weekends.
Riley DeBellis
Riley is a dedicated receptionist, where she plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations. She manages appointments, greets patients with warmth, and assists with insurance benefits, helping to create a seamless experience for both patients and staff. In addition to handling phone calls and maintaining patient records, Riley prepares medical charts with precision and efficiency.
With strong organizational skills and a passion for patient care, she fosters a welcoming and professional environment. Outside of work, Riley enjoys traveling and staying active through workouts. She is also pursuing a nursing degree, driven by her commitment to advancing her career in healthcare and making a meaningful impact in patients' lives.

With 22 years in the medical field, Hilda is a dedicated Medical Assistant and Certified Lymphatic Therapist (CLT) specializing in plastic surgery for the past five years. Known for a cheerful and caring demeanor, Hilda provides exceptional patient support and post-surgical care, helping patients achieve optimal recovery. Outside of work, Hilda enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines, and spending time with her family. Always eager to learn and grow, Hilda is committed to delivering the best care and making a positive impact on every patient interaction.
