I was referred to Dr. Friedman by a trusted friend and traveled from Las Vegas to get a FUE hair transplant. From the very first phone call Dr. Friedman was attentive, transparent and honest, and I immediately felt I was in good hands. Like many, I had considered going to Turkey to have this procedure done but once I knew I could reach Dr. Friedman I immediately knew that staying here in the States was the way to go, even if it cost me a little more. Then enter Priscilla, who performed the procedure (along with her colleague Maria). I can't say enough about them either. From the moment I arrived at the office I was at ease. They really helped me stay relaxed and feel good about the procedure. I'd never done anything cosmetic like this before so I was nervous! The procedure itself was really quite easy on me. People ask me about the pain and I would rate it a 3 out of 10, and that I believe is partially due to the expertise of the team (including Dr. Fenton, who was also a pleasure to have around). The procedure went perfectly and was exactly as described ahead of time. Afterwards I had many questions especially the week following. Both Dr. Friedman and Priscilla continued to respond to me immediately, actually checking in on my to make sure I was feeling good and the scalp was healing properly. The degree of "hand holding" was really what I hoped for and needed - and I got it. I cannot say enough about the entire process. I'm very grateful to them for the impeccable work and care they showed me. The office is beautiful too. They're pros, and my decision to select them for this procedure was the right one and one I feel great about now that it's completed!

Dr. Friedman is a very professional and compassionate caregiver. He explained all of the options for my procedure with detail so I could clearly understand what was entailed. State of the art facility, pleasant, friendly staff, especially Ellie, Hilda and Alejandra. Had three procedures, Absolutely over the moon with the results ! Dr. Friedman and his team are amazing. He made my dream nose come true, I am currently one week post-op & I just got my cast off today. My nose looks beautiful, It is absolutely perfect and to my liking. I knew he was going to do a great job, but he exceeded my expectations.
