Often times, breast implants as years go by begin to sag or “bottom out”. Skin will stretch with pregnancies, weight changes or simply as a result of gravity taking its toll on the weight of the implant. Through the existing incision, old implants are removed, internal stitches are strategically placed, quite similar to an internal “under-wire bra” and new implants are placed.
